What do our clients say about working with us?
Menzies Aviation is one of the world's largest ground service providers operating at over 200 locations on 6 continents. Since 2015, we have had a significant and ongoing relationship with Menzies Aviation, initially supporting and advising them on their Winter Operations and Aircraft Ground De & Anti Icing activities for their network.
We have undertaken and qualified their De-Icing instructors over several years and designed their De-Icing training material. As the relationship extended, we delivered Auditor training and undertook full Ground Operations Audits as an external quota of their internal '8 Pillar' programme. During 2018, we have delivered 6 audits in an 8 month period in the UK, North America and New Zealand. During the Summer of 2019, we also produced a new Ground De/Anti-Icing Manual (GDAM) for them.

We were approached by Jet Aviation during the summer of 2019 to provide assistance with starting up their new De/Anti-Icing operation at Zurich Airport.
Over the next 12 months we provided all levels of training, audits, documentation, training material and general support. Our main objective was to help achieve a high level of internal independence which we successfully completed in August 2020.
They remain an important client for us and are delighted to continue to provide other levels of support for them through the next and hopefully many future seasons.

Jet Aviation
We have worked periodically with Novair since 2016 assisting them with various Ground Operations related technical training and providing De/Anti-Icing related advice and input for their operation within Scandinavia and their route stations.

We initially assisted WestJet in 2015 by providing some wide-body ground operations, expertise in preparation for their new Boeing 767-300 operation due to be introduced in late 2015 flying from Canada to both to Hawaii and London-Gatwick.
In early 2018 we were asked to return to Calgary to undertake some in depth ground handling 'differences' workshop sessions prior to the introduction of their new Boeing 787-9. This work was a combination of consultation and training, undertaken both remotely and on-site in Calgary.
