In its Annual World Traffic Forecasts (2019-2040), Airport Council International (ACI) forecasts an across-the-board growth in passenger traffic (3.7%), air cargo (2.3%) and aircraft movements (2.0%). While the effect of  Covid-19 may have set this back somewhat, for now, growth in the long term is sure to return, meaning that airports must to be ready, willing and able.
